What are the warranty terms and conditions for Boon Edam entrance solutions?
The warranty, excluding maintenance, is valid for one year from the date we deliver an entrance product.
Boon Edam guarantees the adhesion of the polyester powder coating for 10 years, in compliance with NEN standard 5337, provided there are no signs of deterioration such as cracking, blistering, or hairline fractures. This guarantee is valid only if the client performs regular cleaning and maintenance according to Boon Edam's guidelines outlined in the user manual.
