      How can I reset my revolving door?

      Instructions for resetting a revolving door.

      Resetting the door also reconfigures its safety features. Ensure that no one is inside the door at any time during the reset process to maintain safety!

      Resetting the door with the key switch (via the TouchM control panel)

       
      1. Turn the key switch (A) to position 0.
      2. Next, turn the key switch (A) to position 1.
        • The door will perform a check of the safety sensors and safety buffers.
        • The door wings will rotate to the rest position.

        1. Press the emergency stop button (A).

        2. Pull or turn the emergency stop button counterclockwise to unlock it.

          The error codes will be reset.

          The machine will check the safety sensors and safety buffers.

        3. Activate the motion sensor.

          The door wings will rotate to the rest position.

          Press and hold the two middle buttons on the TouchM control panel for 4 seconds.
          • The Microboon boards will be reset.
          • The error codes will be cleared.
          • The machine will check the safety sensors and safety buffers.
          • The door wings will move to the rest position.

             WARNING

            Inspect the machine for damage. If you find any damage, contact Boon Edam for repairs.

            Do not use the machine if the glass is damaged or broken. Ensure that no one touches the sharp edges of the broken glass. Use personal protective equipment when cleaning up the broken glass.
