      How can I reset my speed gate?

      Instructions for resetting a speed gate/access gate.

      Resetting the Speed Gate Using the BoonTouch Control Panel

       

      To access the Operation Mode page, select the Operation Mode button on the right side of the main screen.
      1. Select the Reset button (A).
      2. Select the specific Machine (B).
        • The control unit will restart.
        • Any error codes will be cleared.
        • The door panels will close.

      Resetting the Speed Gate Using the TouchM Control Panel

      Press and hold the two middle buttons on the TouchM for 4 seconds.
      • The control unit will reset.
      • All error codes will be cleared.
      • The door panels will close.

      Performing a Hard Reset of the Security Gate

      1. Turn off the power supply to the machine.
      2. Wait a few seconds, then turn the power supply back on.
        • The control unit will reset.
        • All error codes will be cleared.
        • The door panels will close.
