What do the error codes on the status indicator of my revolving door mean?

An overview of error codes on the control panel of a revolving door, and the actions to take.

The table below provides an overview of error codes, error descriptions, possible causes and solutions. If the control panel (TouchM) on your door displays an error code not listed in this table, or if the suggested solution does not resolve the issue, please report the malfunction to Boon Edam.

3	EF Night Locking Door Safety Active	An object is blocking the night locking doors.	Remove the object from the night locking doors.
		The night doors are opening.	Wait until the night doors are fully open.
		The night doors are closing.	Wait until the night doors are fully closed.
4	D End Buffer Security Sensor (EBS) Activated	The EBS detects an object in front of the door.	Remove the object.
5	DF Door wing locked	An object is causing a blockage in the door wing.	Remove the object from the door wing’s path.
		The door wing is locked.	Unlock the door wing.
		The door has been manually rotated in the wrong direction, causing the brushes to stop the door wing on the inner posts.	Manually rotate the door in the correct direction to properly align the brushes.
7	DEF Door wings collapsed	The door wings are folded together.	Unfold the door wings of the collapsible door set.

8	C Safety Rail Turningwall (SRT) Activated	The SRT hits an object.	Remove the object.
15	CDEF Safety Rail Door (SRD) wing Activated	The SRB hits an object.	Remove the object.
16	B Safety Rail Bentwall (SRB) Activated	The SRB hits an object.	Remove the object.
23	BDEF Fire Alarm Activated	The fire alarm is active	Turn off the fire alarm.
		The emergency opening button has been pressed.	Press the emergency opening button again.
		The fire alarm wiring in the building management system is defective.	Repair the wiring.
26	BCE Top Rail Sensor (TRS) Activated	The TRS sensor detects an object in front of the door wing.	Remove the object in front of the door wing.
32	A Emergency Stop Button Activated	The emergency stop button has been pressed.	Restart the machine following an emergency stop.
33	AF Accessibility Button Activated	The accessibility button has been pressed.	Wait for the machine to automatically return to normal operation.
36	AD Locking Error	There is a failure in the locking system. The bi-stable lock makes no connection to the output	Contact Boon Edam
36	AD Locking Error	There is a failure in the locking mechanism of the automatic night locking doors.	Check if the rail and the bottom guide of the night doors are clean. Ensure that the automatic/manual locking is set to automatic. Check the locking mechanism of the burglar-resistant automatic night doors is unlocked. If the night doors are not properly aligned, contact Boon Edam for assistance. If the locking system is malfunctioning, contact Boon Edam for support.
41	ACF Control Unit Error	The control unit is defective.	Contact Boon Edam.
45	ACDF Control Panel Locked	The TouchM control panel is locked.	Unlock the TouchM by pressing and holding the third button for 5 seconds.
47	ACDEF Power Failure	The power supply on the control unit is defective.	Contact Boon Edam.
		There is an overcurrent.	Ensure that the power supply is functioning correctly.
		There is a short circuit.	Contact Boon Edam.
53	ABDF Maintenance Required	The time period since the last test of the collapsible door set has expired. The collapsible door set needs to be tested.	Test the collapsible door set.
58	ABCE High Wind Load Detected	The wind speed on the door wing is too high.	Wait for the wind speed to decrease to an acceptable level. Then, reset the machine after the emergency stop.
