Explanation and differences between TL360 and TL360N on a revolving door.
TL360
The TL360 is an electromagnetic locking unit directly connected to the central axis of a revolving door. This system allows the door to be locked in any position at any time.
Users can lock and unlock the door using the disturbance button on the control panel. Pressing the button locks the door in its current position, providing flexible and immediate control.
The TL360 locking unit is designed to be "fail-safe," meaning it automatically unlocks in the event of a power failure.
TL360N
The TL360N is a semi-security package.
Operating Principle:
Day Mode: The drive and locking unit function as described above for the TL360.
Night Mode: In the rest position, the locking unit remains continuously engaged. Upon authorisation via an access control system or push buttons, the revolving door begins to rotate. The door rotates 180° (for a four-wing revolving door) or 240° (for a three-wing revolving door) and then immediately locks again in the rest position.
After three seconds, the infrared sensors in the ceiling activate to monitor the closed segment for the presence of individuals over a 10-second period. If individuals are detected, the revolving door completes an additional rotation of 90° (four-wing) or 120° (three-wing) before locking again.
