      My revolving door is rotating slowly - what should I do?

      Steps to take if your revolving door is rotating slowly or continues to rotate at a slow speed

      POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
      An object is blocking the door

      Remove the object from the revolving door.

      1. Press the emergency stop button
      2. Manually rotate the door set
      3. Remice the object
      4. Reset the door after activating the emergency stop.

      An internal component of the door set is malfunctioning.

      		 Contact Boon Edam.
      The floor mat is folded.

      Remove any debris from beneath the floor mat and replace it if necessary.

      Properly reposition the floor mat.

      The electromagnetic lock is not completely disengaging.

      The accessibility button has been pressed.

      Wait for the machine to exit accessibility mode.

      The 'slow safety' function is active.

      The machine is in rest mode.

      Set the top key switch to revolving door mode.
